Mikayla Camp, known to many as Songbird of Homegrown Harmony, is more than just a folk musician—she’s a reflection of the simple, honest life she cherishes. Raised with a deep appreciation for nature and old-fashioned values, Mikayla’s journey began in the world of classical vocals. It was through this foundation that she unearthed her true love: the soothing, timeless folk melodies that colored her childhood.

Her music is deeply personal, born from stories close to her heart. One of the most powerful inspirations came from her mother’s incredible determination to hiking, despite undergoing two knee replacements, a testament to strength and resilience that Mikayla weaves into every song. With a Master’s degree completed, she channels these experiences into melodies that feel like a warm embrace—homegrown food for the soul.
